Emma Watson's Feminist Tattoo Is Missing One Major Detail

The actress shot to fame after appearing in the Harry Potter series and is particularly vocal about gender equality.

[Feminism]’s not about us convincing you that gender equality is worth engaging in only because there might be something in it for you, or in it for your sister or your mother. The question is, what’s in it for humans?

Tattoo fail

Hollywood celebrities are still weighing in on the 'Times Up', and Watson is not left out. She decided to take her support a step further by tattooing the word on her arm.

The 27-year-old was spotted at the Vanity Fair Oscars party last Sunday wearing a Ralph Lauren sleeveless dress that showed plenty of arm.

But there was something off about the tattoo. The apostrophe between the E and S was missing.

Was it an intentional omission or did the tattoo artist make a mistake? Watson is yet to speak about the tattoo, but social media sure is itchy about it.

Mixed reactions

While many people praise Watson for standing up for her beliefs by getting the tattoo, other people rather pick at the missing detail.

Whatever the case may be, the fact still remains that Watson is not afraid to support the fight against sexual harassment in America. It is unlikely the absence of an apostrophe will make her change her mind.
