As it turns out, Kevin suffered a massive heart attack, following a blockage of his LAD artery. Right now, the comedian is back home, and he is as serious as he has never been. In the face of death, Smith reflected on his experience:

I just thought about everything and thought about my parents and how they raised me and my brother and my sister and my friends and my wife and my kid and this weird wonderful career that I've had for so long.

Barely holding back the tears, Kevin explained that looking back at his incredible life, he was ready to die, although he didn’t want to. Luckily, he managed to overcome it. Now, the comedian has to take proper care of his health, taking medications and seeing a cardiologist.

Saving a life

Surely, Kevin’s fans and admirers are concerned about his health, so they rushed to Twitter to share some pieces of advice to help him recover:

But what can really save one’s life and prevent hearts attacks is a combination of five simple tests. In fact, those who score poorly on all of them are more likely to develop a heart disease. These tests include electrocardiogram, coronary calcium scan, blood test for C-reactive protein, NT-proBNP blood test, and a high-sensitivity blood test.
