Date December 1, 2017

Recently, the world has finally learned the news many people were eager to hear for quite some time – Prince Harry is going to exchange the vows with Meghan Markle. Clarence House issued a statement confirming the happy news on November 27, 2017.

Many celebrities rushed to congratulate the loving couple, including the 44th U.S. President Barack Obama and Meghan Markle's parents.

The groom's sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, also did not stand on the sidelines. During her recent visit to the Foundling Museum, the Duchess of Cambridge addressed Prince Harry's engagement calling it “such exciting news,” reports Daily Mail.

She also added that both she and William are “absolutely thrilled” about the upcoming royal wedding.

It's a really happy time for any couple and we wish them all the best and hope they enjoy this happy moment.

At the museum, the mother of two was meeting with kids who attend the art classes and educational programs hosted by the institution.

It was the first time the royal duchess addressed the news in public. Earlier, Kate and William congratulated the soon-to-weds by issuing a short message on the day of the announcement.

Just a few months ago, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a happy news of their own: the couple is expecting for their third child. The baby is reportedly due in April 2018. And just a month after that, the royal family will celebrate the long-awaited wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
