Prince Harry Congratulates The Winners Of The Queen's Young Leaders Award

Date December 5, 2017

The winners of the 2018 edition of the Queen's Young Leaders Award have been announced.

Who can win the award?

The Queen's Young Leaders Award is aimed at celebrating and supporting men and women between the ages of 18 and 29, who are making their mark and changing the world. Every year, a search is launched to find exceptional young men and women. Anyone across all the Commonwealth countries can send in their applications to be considered for the prestigious award.

The Queen and her grandsons, Prince Harry and William, have offered their support to the project since it was created by The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust.

The 2018 edition has brought together a community of 240 influential people who represent 52 countries.

To be considered, you have to have participated and taken lead roles in your community. Your efforts should inspire and transform the lives of those in your society. The winners get a pretty impressive package that includes training, mentoring, and networking.
