Michelle Obama Tells All The Students Fighting For A Gun Reform: 'I Believe In You'

A terrible mass shooting in Florida high school left anyone indifferent. The nation is still reeling from the tragic event that occurred on February 14.


Students and their families all over the country are actively fighting for gun reform now. Michelle Obama showed her support to the activists via an emotional message on Twitter.

Last week, 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz was arrested after he allegedly opened fire at the high school in Parkland, Florida. The tragedy took the lives of 17 innocent children and teachers.

A lot of young activists throughout the country are asking for a call to action and keep fighting for sensible gun laws.



The former First Lady, Michelle Obama, expressed her support to the young activists and addressed to all students with an emotional message on Twitter.


Michelle said she and Barack are very proud of all the young people who have found the strength to go through this hard period and keep fighting for their rights.

I believe in you, we’re proud of you, and we’re behind you every step of the way.

Michelle was not the only one who showed her support to the activists. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton also expressed grief over the tragedy and called for necessary gun safety laws to protect the kids and make them feel safe in their own schools.

The tragedy in Florida caused some kind of revolution among America’s high school students. Perhaps, the brave activists will inspire the whole nation to fight for their right for safety and well-being as this is a time to stay strong and united for all of us.
