Paul Young’s Beloved Wife Stacey Lost Her 2-Year Battle With Cancer

It’s always sad to say goodbye to people we love. A popular singer and musician Paul Young shared some sad news which happened to his family. His beloved wife Stacey lost her battle with cancer.

Paul Young lost his beloved wife Stacey

Paul Young’s beautiful wife passed away after her 2-year battle with brain cancer. Stacey was just 52. The singer announced the tragic news on Twitter.


Paul and Stacey met on the video shoot on his song “Come Back and Stay.” The couple’s friends said there was like a sparkle between the two of them. Paul asked Stacey for a date, and she said yes.

Later, the singer confessed he felt like he found his true soulmate. Their relationships were like in a fairy tale. The couple got married in 1987. They have three wonderful children together.


2 years ago, Stacey was diagnosed with brain cancer. It was a hard time for the whole family, but Paul said his loving wife was very strong and never lose faith and desire to live. In fact, she was the one who made Paul believe that miracles exist.

Stacey and Paul were last spotted together in January 2014 during their visit to The Best Of Terry O'Neill exhibition.

Unfortunately, the miracle did not happen. Stacey could not defeat her disease. She passed away surrounded by her husband and children.

Replying to Paul's emotional tweet, numerous fans of the singer began to send their condolences on social media.

We hope this heartwarming people’s reaction will help Young cope with his tragedy. We are so sorry for your loss, Paul, but we believe your wonderful wife Stacey will always live in your heart.
