Scott Baio’s wife, Renee Baio, learned that she has Microvascular Brain Disease to deal with, besides having 2 meningioma brain tumors back in October 2017. Now, it is officially confirmed by her husband.
Chachi Arcola from 'Happy Days'
Scott Baio is best known for his part in the sitcom Happy Days (1977-1984) as well as the main character in another sitcom Charles in Charge (1984-1990). He and Renee got married shortly after their daughter’s birth in 2007.
Their child, Bailey, was misdiagnosed with a rare and potentially lethal metabolic disorder. After the baby tested false positive for a disease, the parents started the Bailey Baio Angel Foundation to financially help other families with the children suffering from metabolic disorders.

What is Microvascular Ischemic Disease?
Apparently, small vessel ischemic disease is a pretty common illness for adults. It describes changes to the blood vessels in the brain. These changes can damage the brain, leading to mental decline, strokes, and dementia.
The scariest part of this disease is that a person can have no symptoms, even though the illness has already damaged the brain. There are, however, some tips on prevention of the disease: healthy diet, regular exercises, and medications.
