Problems with health

The 25-year-old singer admitted that her depression she was facing the previous year didn’t allow her to live a full-fledged life, while commenting on her unexpected disappearance back in 2013.

As it turned out, Selena suffered from Lupus and had to undergo several chemotherapy procedures. The horrible disease affects the tissues of the body that causes unpleasant inflammation.

Moreover, the world-famous singer had to go through the kidney transplantation that the public was unaware of until the recent time.

Recovery path

In January this year, Selena Gomez has spent two weeks in the rehabilitation center in New York where she enjoyed her time setting the proper diet, attending Pilates lessons, and simply rewinding herself as a start of a depression treatment process.

In her recent interview, the pop star claimed that never before had she been so confident about her recovery. She now works hard to get her mental health back on the previous level.

This anxious world

Unfortunately, the mental health problem is quite spread among the world celebrities. However, not all superstars are brave enough to speak about it in public. If to mention those who didn’t give up in front of the mental barrier, it is definitely worth mentioning Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Emma Stone, and even Prince Harry.

These people didn’t know the right life direction at the certain point in their lives but still managed to overcome difficulties and showed the world how strong they are.
