Popular actor and comedian, Leslie Jones, will be getting us hyped at the Olympics in South Korea.
Leslie Jones was born in Memphis and was the daughter of a then military father.
Leslie is known by most as a cast member and writer on Saturday Night Live (SNL), but her journey into comedy took off in college after she won the “Funniest Person on Campus” contest.
Joining Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, and Kate McKinnon, Leslie starred In the reboot of the classic Ghostbusters in 2016.

As her funny commentaries of the Olympics continued, Leslie commanded the attention of more and more people, until she was noticed by NBC. And pronto, they flew her to Rio to give live commentaries.

The enthusiasm she exuded during her coverage of the 2016 Olympics in Rio, which increased her audience on Twitter, is the reason people are anxious to see her cover the sports events in PyeongChang.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jim Bell, president of NBC Olympics production and programming, relayed the statement:
