Meghan Markle Gets Ready For The Wedding Day: 'You've Got To Burn It To Earn It'

Date February 5, 2018 11:35

With the long-awaited royal wedding being just around the corner, Meghan Markle is putting a lot of effort into getting herself fully prepared for the big day. What is her secret weapon? A combination of diet and pilates, reports US Weekly.

She eats clean

Eating clean helps the 36-year-old beauty stay both fit and healthy. Back in her acting days, Meghan used to eat vegan during the week so that she could have “a little bit more flexibility” with her food choices on the weekends, revealed Best Health.

Turns out, one of The Cosby Show characters is her secret source of inspiration.

She takes additional care of her skin

While being in a great physical shape is important, Meghan also remembers to take care of her skin. And the results are fabulous: That awesome glow of her skin never goes amiss on every Meghan's photo.

Plus, the former actress is a devoted natural-beauty enthusiast and usually, she does not wear a lot of makeup so that these famous freckles of hers can be on the full display.

When talking to Allure back in 2014, Meghan opened up about her daily skin care routine: Jan Marini serum to make her skin glow even more, then Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder to give her face “a really subtle exfoliation,” and Revitalash for her lashes.
