As an A-list celebrities trainer, the first advice from Luke is to increase metabolism.

As we age, the biggest concern that we've got is a slow down on metabolism. So I always use things to increase metabolism.

He added that if you want to resist aging and increase metabolism, make exercises that help with hypertrophy (building muscles). This will lead to stimulation of the metabolism processes. Luke also says that it's necessary to pay attention not only to metabolism and workouts but to the diet as well.

Marry that up with a clean fresh diet. My big philosophy is if it's had a life that's good for you, and marry that into a resistance workout, you're going to be good as gold.

The main advice from Luke is to combine a good diet with an effective workout. And this means that if it's vital to choose organic, natural and healthy foods. To be more specific, food should include organic animal-based proteins and plant-based proteins.

Khloe prepares for maternity.

As Khloe is preparing her for maternity, her fitness trainer Luke also ads some tips on how to keep fit during pregnancy. First of all, it's really important to do workout exercises with a personal trainer and under strict doctor regulations, to prevent possible pressure.
