Besides her two biological kids, Lourdes 20 and Rocco 16, Madonna adopted her Malawian son, David Banda, in 2006 following 11-year-old Mercy James who she adopted in 2009. Her newly adopted twins, Esther and Stella aged 5, joined the family last year.

The famous pop star recently posted a video on Instagram of her son David and the twins dancing to The Greatest Showman's ‘Rewrite the Stars’. It’s such a cute video for sure and the children clearly had loads of fun together.

The family looks so happy and it seems Esther and Stella just may decide to follow in their new mom’s footsteps, career-wise.

Adopting the twins.

Before the music artist officially adopted Stella and Esther, Mail Online posted an article revealing the twins’ names, ages, where they were adopted from, and other private information.

Madonna felt it was an invasion of her privacy and brought the case to London’s high court last year. Her solicitor Jenny Afia, defended Madonna saying:

Their actions could, in her view, have threatened the integrity and/or outcome of the adoption process which would have had potentially life-changing implications for the girls, as well as for Madonna and her family.

Afia said the accused made an offer involving payments to settle the damages caused, and Madonna would donate the money to the Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery in Malawi.

Afia added:

She is pleased that at least some good can come out of the situation.

Thankfully, the girls’ adoption process went smoothly and are now enjoying themselves with their new family.
