Managing rheumatoid arthritis

Sadie recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. At 52, she may not be as agile as she was starring in Primrose Hill, but Sadie is not letting the condition dictate the pace of her life.

Sadie now avoids strenuous activities but does exercise moderately. In addition, she has resorted to all-natural remedies for pain relief. This includes sesame oil, black pepper, cider vinegar, and turmeric. As a rule, Sadie takes only warm water. Omega 3, calcium, and Vit C & D also help a lot.

Detecting the condition

For the most part, rheumatoid arthritis is a very unpredictable condition that typically causes severe inflammation of the joints. In addition, initial symptoms may be temporary, but the condition usually depreciates quickly, especially if proper medical attention is not sought.

Subsequently, the condition can result in deformity and permanent joint damage. In particular, fatigue, morning stiffness, fevers and joint swelling, redness, and warmth are some of the telltale signs of arthritis. Most of all, it is advisable to seek medical help as soon as these symptoms appear.

We wish Sadie the best as she continues to boldly manage her condition.
