The palace has already revealed that famed florist Philippa Craddock will be handling the floral arrangements for the wedding. She had provided the same service to British Vogue, Christian Dior, and Kensington Palace in the past.

All flowers at the event will be picked from the gardens of The Crown Estate and Windsor Great Park. The idea is to keep the ambiance as seasonal as possible. So no exotics will be imported for the historic event.

Will Meghan get an official title after her wedding?

From the moment Meghan Markle is pronounced wife of Prince Harry, she officially becomes a member of the royal family.

However, she will not be given an official title as many observers expect. Prince William’s official title is Prince Henry of Wales, seeing as his father is Charles, Prince of Wales. Prince William was made the Duke of Cambridge by Queen Elizabeth II just hours before his wedding in 2011.

Kate Middleton became the Duchess of Cambridge automatically. But seeing as Prince Harry is yet to have his own dukedom, he will remain Prince Harry until that changes.

It is unclear whether the Queen will perform a similar act and bestow a dukedom on Prince Harry before his wedding. But if that happens, speculation is that Prince Harry to be named Duke of Sussex.

Alternatively, he may be named Duke of Clarence and Avondale, or Duke of Connaught, or the Duke of Windsor. However, the last title is highly unlikely, seeing as the last Duke of Windsor (Edward VIII) abdicated the throne to marry his American lover.

Unless they create a new title for them, I think the Duke of Sussex is the most likely title. Otherwise, Meghan would be known as Princess Henry of Wales and people wouldn’t not understand that these days. But they may surprise us. - Joe Little of Majesty magazine speaking to PEOPLE

Whatever the title Prince William takes on, Meghan Markle will take on as well. All we can do is wait and watch.

Why do people still call the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton?

Although she was born Catherine Elizabeth Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge began using the name Kate in her adolescent years. But after 7 years of marriage to Prince William, most people still refer to her as Kate Middleton instead of her official title, Princess Catherine of Wales, or Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.

Alternatively, she also bears two less popular titles, Countess of Strathearn in Scotland and Baroness of Carrickfergus in Ireland.

Within official circles, the proper titles are always used. Even Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, refers to her as Catherine, never Kate. Sadly, it seems the public is stuck on the less formal name, Kate Middleton, as it is easier to recognize. Also, the press, especially in the United States, has been reluctant to recognize the change.
