Her day is full of various rituals, and they start in the morning, right when she wakes up. First, there go collagen supplements, then, a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple vinegar, a vegan probiotic shot. And it’s not all. After her workout, the celebrity has her breakfast consisting of a bowl of whole grain oatmeal with fruits and seeds.

As a rule, her lunch is some salad and protein. Here’s what Kourtney says about her afternoon and pre-dinner snacks:

If I'm hungry in the afternoon, I'll have fresh vegetables with avocado hummus, raw almonds or a bit of fresh fruit. I also usually drink hot green tea right after lunch.

In the evening, before dinner, I do another round of apple cider vinegar mixed with water, then another probiotic shot.

For dinner, she likes all kinds of vegetable soups.
