We've seen celebrities fail at different questions ranging from general knowledge questions to current affairs, but failing a quiz about yourself? Well, that's definitely a new one for Meryl Streep.

It was a totally hilarious moment when the three-time Oscar winner failed an Oscar quiz about herself.

Meryl appeared on Jimmy Kimmel live night show and she was asked to name the 20 movies she ever got a nomination for and of course it was totally an epic moment worth watching over and over again. The bridges of Madison County star started out well though mentioning the correct movies such as:

  • The French Lieutenant’s Woman (1982);
  • Kramer vs. Kramer (1980);
  • Silkwood (1984);
  • Sophie's choice (1983).

But after that, Streep hit a bump in the road as she couldn't name the rest.

Hilarious fail: Meryl can't remember the first film she was nominated for.

Not being able to name the 20 movies she has been nominated for is okay but not remembering her first nomination, now that's totally hilarious.

“I thought it was The French Lieutenant’s Woman? What?!” she said perplexed.

Jimmy Kimmel and all then reminded her of her 1979 movie the Deer hunter.

Well, Meryl, even though you hilarious failed that quiz about yourself, we still love you and it was totally fun to watch.

Streep bagged another nomination for her role in the movie ‘The Post’ at the 2018 Golden Globe. Meryl looked stunning in the company of Ai Jen poo at the award ceremony.
