His mother, 49-year-old Lynne Quelch, commented:
People stop him, asking for photos with him. When people notice his height, he says 'Oh, here we go again, yes I am tall, yes I am Britain's tallest teenager.
Quelch said her son is quite shy and introverted but he enjoys playing basketball for the Wales National Team.
Brandon was normal size until the age of 9. In one year he shot up 5 inches and at 13, he was 6 feet 11 inches tall and never stopped growing.
His height, however, can be problematic at times. His mom said:
He does tend to struggle with roofs, ceilings, doorways — just everything normal-size people take for granted.
Moreover, because of his size, Brandon consumes 8,000 calories a day, which makes his mom constantly stocking the fridge.
English doctors are trying to solve the mystery as to why the boy keeps growing. A genetic team hasn’t discovered any genetic disorders yet but they continue to investigate.
Now the tallest teenager trains three times a week with his basketball team and is getting ready to play his first professional tournament in Lithuania.
According to the Guinness World Records, the tallest living man is a 35-year-old Sultan Kösen from Turkey. By 2011, he had grown to a staggering 251 cm (8 ft 2.8 in).

It looks like Brandon has all chances to beat him.
