Prince William is well known for his charity work and loves to help other people. He is tireless in providing all kinds of help possible. What is more, he does everything to raise the awareness of people that the homeless need our help. And the Prince doesn’t stop repeating that.

He shows by his own example it’s possible to help. And following his mother’s footsteps, he visits the centers of the homeless. Prince William was noticed dropping by for half an hour at the homeless charity run by The Passage. It’s the same charity he together with Princess Diana and her brother Prince Harry visited back in 1994.

Recently Prince William has visited the Centrepoint Awards at Kensington Palace. The Centrepoint is a charity his mother was very close to, and the awards were meant to celebrate the achievements of the organization’s staff and members.

The Duke of Cambridge welcomed everyone and had some small talks with people who were there. Prince William recognized seven people there and presented them with awards.

He did that together with the actress, Emilia Clarke, who is now particularly famous for the role in the popular TV series Game of Thrones. She was reading out the names while Prince Willia, was handing out trophies to people who deserved them.

His habit of helping people in need is something he’s been developing over the years of this adulthood but the seeds and the love for such a great thing was something that the parents of the Prince gave him.

At the event of the Charity Commission, Prince William decided to pay tribute to his late mother, Princess Diana and remembered his father, Prince Charles.

The Duke of Cambridge admitted that if it hadn’t been for his parents, he wouldn’t be the person he was now. They helped him become the man everyone sees today.

He remembered that his mother, Princess Diana, used to take him to different homeless shelters telling him about "why no society can be healthy unless we take other people seriously."

The Prince took it quite seriously and now tries to do everything he can to proceed what his mother was doing.
