Child's first holiday season is something that is dearly cherished by the parents. It makes no difference if you are one of the best tennis players in the history of this sport. For Alexis Olympia, it might even be a plus that her mom is Serena Williams.

The 39-times Grand Slam winner has had an incredible career so far. With 23 Grand Slam titles in single and 319 weeks of being No. 1 in total, Serena has imposed herself as a true tennis titan.

If we add that she has been in top form since 2002, it is easy to understand what this woman means to sport in general. Her dedication and willpower have been an inspiration for generations of young tennis players.

Pregnancy

In January 2017, at the age of 36, Serena decided to take on the biggest challenge of her life. She announced her pregnancy and a hiatus from tennis but not before winning the Australian Open despite being pregnant for eight weeks.

She decided to announce her pregnancy in April with a clever photo of her stomach posted on Snapchat with the caption '20 weeks.'

Alexis Olympia

In December 2016, the tennis star got engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, and Alexis Olympia is their first child. The couple got married in November 2017 in a fairy-tale wedding in front of guests such as Beyonce, Anna Wintour, etc. Serena's baby girl was born the 1st of September, 2017.

Williams shared the baby's first moments with her fans even asking for advice on breastfeeding and baby teeth.

One of the cutest babies we have ever seen is now four months old, and Serena has already returned to the court. For the time being, however, the proud mom and her daughter are satisfied with spending the holiday season watching Serena's greatest moments.

Serena posted an adorable photo on her Instagram (with the cutest Snapchat holiday filter) of the two of them with a tennis picture hanging on a wall behind them. Of course, the picture features Serena in her recognizable Wimbledon outfit during a match.

Even though Serena lost her first exhibition match following her pregnancy, we have no doubts the tennis diva will continue to rule the tennis courts. Not only that, she will also continue to make her daughter proud.
