Jennifer Garner is a famous American actress. As any Hollywood star, she always has to be in a perfect shape. The actress says right diet helps her maintain her slim body. Garner never skips meals, especially breakfast.

It can be tempting to skip breakfast in exchange for a few extra minutes in bed but a nutritious breakfast is one of the essentials for my day.

In her recent Instagram post, Jennifer shared a recipe for her everyday go-to breakfast. It’s a healthy smoothie with fresh spinach and blueberries, which she learned from one famous nutritionist. Garner made some improvements of her own and shared her delicious recipe with others.



  • handful of fresh spinach and blueberries;
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk;
  • 2 scoops collagen protein powder;
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed;
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds;
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter;
  • ice cubes.
