Step by step

The couple is willing to take one step at a time to gradually prepare themselves for the start of a new family. Meghan Markle recently told in an interview that it was her dream to have a happy family:

It’s all about balance, and I have so much happiness in my career and am fortunate to travel the world and see so many amazing things — it will also be nice to be anchored to something grounded and in the same place. Raising a family will be a wonderful part of that.

Can you imagine Meghan as a mother of a beautiful Harry’s look-alike son? Or maybe their first child will be a small dark-haired Markle's copy? Hopefully, things are slowly but steadily moving towards it.

The couple's preparations

1. The wedding

First of all, the couple finally sent invitations to all the guests at their wedding. Royal correspondent Katie Nicholl said that Meghan’s list is pretty tight with only ‘Misha, Markus and possibly some of her co-stars from Suits’ invited to the wedding. While Harry’s list is indeed of the royal scales.

2. Bad habits

Meghan persuades her future husband to quit smoking and drinking alcohol. It is a known fact that smoking negatively affects all aspects of man's health, particularly reproductive performance. Among the couple's friends, it is not a secret that Meghan and Harry want to start a family immediately after the wedding. In addition, Harry lost 10 lbs since the announce of engagement in December, thanks to regular workouts.

3. Healthy diet

When it comes to the proper and healthy nutrition, Meghan seems to know a perfect balance:

I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends.

Harry’s love of KFC and Haribo seems to become the thing of the past, because of Meghan’s healthier approach. We hope he’s not that upset, as it is definitely a good thing for their future children.

Kate and William's third child

While Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are just preparing to start the family, Kate Middleton and Prince William are going to have the third child already. Kate is expected to give birth at the end of April.

Time flies oh-so-fast, isn’t it? So, does all these health-improving habits means anything life-changing to the royal family? Is the couple thinking over adding another family member to the royal nobles? Well, we will definitely find out it soon in the future.
