10 massage movements that you can try daily to keep your face healthy and toned

  1. Apply some of the oil to your palm then rub together.
  2. Bring your palms to your face to experience the aroma of the oil.
  3. With your hands joined together at the center of your face, make sweeping movements outwards as if massaging back towards your ears.
  4. Continue this motion but this time around, use your fingertips to make these movements. Use small, circular motions as you make sweeping movements outwards.
  5. To tone your jawline, bend your index and middle finger. Place them underneath your chin so your head rests on the knuckles. Use the knuckles to massage your jawline. Start with your chin and move towards your neck.
  6. Place your thumbs underneath your jaw with your palms faced outward and hands thumb and index finger sort of framing your face. Massage gently to the centre of your face and back.
  7. Your fingertips should start at the center of your brows. Then begin making circular movements as you direct them towards your temples. Stop and return back to the center of your brows.
  8. To massage your neck, use your palms to rub it as if pushing down towards your chest.
  9. Continue this move by making sweeping movements with your palms from one shoulder, across the neckline to the other.
  10. Finally, massage the back of your hands with the oil.

Caring for your face

Apart from daily massages, to keep the face looking smooth and healthy, you have to wash it regularly. Some tips you should keep in mind:

  • wash your face twice a day;
  • choose the right cleanser;
  • pat your face dry with a soft, clean cloth. Do not clean your face with the same towel you use to dry your body;
  • and of course, massage your face daily.


A beautiful, healthy skin does not happen by accident. Like anything else, it takes some effort, but it does not have to take too much time. Joss' massage steps can be completed within minutes.
