Simple Recipe Of How To Make Healthy Veggie Chips In An Oven

1. Heat oven to 176°F.
2. Slice potato, zucchini, carrot, and beet into very thin slices with the help of a vegetable peeler or a v-slicer mandolin.
3. Cover the pan with parchment and arrange vegetable slices in one layer.
4. Sprinkle slices lightly with olive oil and lime juice.
5. Add salt, cumin, paprika, and granulated garlic.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
It should also be mentioned that it is better to store such chips in paper bags or in glass jars.
