With fresh vegetables wrapped in rice paper, these spring rolls are a refreshing appetizer for an Asian-inspired meal. Easy, healthy, and you can eat as many as you want!
- 6 sheets rice paper;
- 3 tbsp Korean carrot salad;
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 100 g tofu;
- 1 tsp miso paste;
- 1 tsp black sesame;
- 1 tsp white sesame;
- 1 tsp sesame oil.
- Soak the rice paper in water.
- Place all the ingredients onto rice paper sheets.
- Form rolls rolling all ingredients up in the rice paper.
- Cut rolls diagonally.
