Spring Rolls With Tofu Are Tasty, Healthy And Have Minimum Calories

With fresh vegetables wrapped in rice paper, these spring rolls are a refreshing appetizer for an Asian-inspired meal. Easy, healthy, and you can eat as many as you want!

Ingredients:

  • 6 sheets rice paper;
  • 3 tbsp Korean carrot salad;
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • 100 g tofu;
  • 1 tsp miso paste;
  • 1 tsp black sesame;
  • 1 tsp white sesame;
  • 1 tsp sesame oil.

Directions:

  1. Soak the rice paper in water.
  2. Place all the ingredients onto rice paper sheets.
  3. Form rolls rolling all ingredients up in the rice paper.
  4. Cut rolls diagonally.
