Legendary West Side Story actress dusted off a beautiful gown she wore for the 1962 Oscars and wore it with pride for the 2018 red carpet.

86-year-old Moreno wore this incredible black and gold gown that brings her back to the year when she accepted the award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Anita Palacio in a cult classic musical West Side Story.

Rita is one of the 12 people to have won an Oscar, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award. She is one of the 23 artists who have achieved “Triple Crown of Acting”. Moreno also received Presidential Medal of Freedom for her achievements in the cinema industry.

Rita was asked during the 2018 red carpet about her dress and she commented:

I would think it would tarnish!

The actress then reflected on the memorable night she had worn the gown:

I had no idea I was going to win, I was sure it was going to be Judy Garland for Judgment at Nuremberg. I flew in from Manila in the Philippines just in case, which is where this gown was made.

Twitter universe was quick to voice its opinion:

Rita Moreno is one of those actresses that said ‘no’ plastic surgery and ‘yes’ to aging gracefully and she still looks beautiful in her 86.
